When
I launch the VPN Client, the application hide at the taskbar.I tried to
reinstall the VPN Client software but it only works for a day. On the following
day, same problem reoccur.
That problem can be fixed by editing the vpnclient.ini file
inside the “C:\Program Files\Cisco Systems\VPN Client” folder.
1. Open the folder “C:\Program
Files\Cisco Systems\VPN Client”
2. Single click on the file “vpnclient.ini”
3. Right-click and open with
“Notepad” or open using "Edit"
You can edit the following lines :
If you have numbers bigger than 42949 like 4294916329,
simply delete everything but the first five numbers, and leave 42949 (or use
smaller values), that worked for me.
WindowY=42949
WindowX=42949
Finally, ‘Save’ and ‘Close’ the file after editing.
Launch the VPN Client software again.
