Cannot find the .NET Framework 4.6.2 in Visual
Studio 2017 ?

versions up to 4.6.1.
This is easily
resolved by installing the .NET Framework 4.6.2 Developer Pack - https://download.microsoft.com/download/E/F/D/EFD52638-B804-4865-BB57-47F4B9C80269/NDP462-DevPack-KB3151934-ENU.exe
Once installed
you will see the desired version and you can use all those new C# 7 features,
rock! See Figure 2 which I have after installing the .NET Framework 4.6.2
Developer Pack.
